How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide training on CI tools and techniques. You will also help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS)
- Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS
- Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps
- Establish new work standards to sustain improvement
- Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities
What you will bring

- CI and high-performance work systems experience
- Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities
- Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment
- Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems
- Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools
- Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process
- Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data
- Realizar y coordinar inventarios semanales y anuales en las áreas de producción.
- Actualización de memoria de cálculo de las líneas de producción
- Configurar y administrar el correcto funcionamiento del Sistema ERP en sus módulos de BOM, Trabajo en Proceso en las líneas de producción (WIP) y Módulo de
Inventarios (INV).
- Validar la correlación entre las fórmulas de piso y el Sistema ERP.
- Implementación y gestión del sistema SAP
- Dar seguimiento al estado de cumplimiento de producción de planes comerciales y
promociones.
- Validación de nuevos de productos y materias primas
- Validar el costo de producción declarado en fórmulas y rutas.
- Revisar planes comerciales y acta de planing para actualizar sistema.
- Revisión de capturas en el sistema.
- Crear y modificar rutas de fabricación.
- Revisar la correcta captura en sistema SAP según se requiera.
- Comunicación continua con el jefe de planta.
- Revisión de reportes de fabricación.
- Conciliación diaria de materiales en línea.
- Cierre de ordenes en sistema SAP .
- Realizar cierre semanal y mensual del sistema.
