THE OPPORTUNITY

To power Cyera’s next stage of growth, we are scaling our Analyst and Influencer Relations program to shape the market narrative for AI and data security. In this role, you will build and deepen trusted relationships with industry analysts and influencers, ensure Cyera’s differentiation is well understood, and help position the company as a thought leader in one of the fastest-growing categories in cybersecurity. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Executive leadership to amplify Cyera’s voice, influence industry evaluations, and provide the field with strategic insights and killer content. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is intellectually curious, technically inclined, and passionate about engaging external experts to drive business impact.

This position can be 100% remote within the US, with options to work from Cyera hubs in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, or St. Louis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evolve and execute an analyst relations strategy that elevates Cyera’s market presence and informs key industry conversations
• Build, nurture, and manage relationships with analysts and influencers across leading firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and boutique advisors
• Drive briefing and inquiry programs that ensure analysts have an accurate, differentiated, and compelling understanding of Cyera’s technology and business strategy
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to deliver analyst insights back into the business to inform roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Orchestrate participation in analyst research (Waves, MQs, MarketScapes, etc.) including project management, messaging development, and response coordination
• Track and report on analyst engagement outcomes, perception shifts, and program impact on pipeline, brand, and influence
• Collaborate with PR and Marketing to leverage analyst content in campaigns, collateral, and field enablement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Public Relations, Product Marketing, or related fields with demonstrated growth potential
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with industry analysts and influencers
• Strong technical acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with senior executives
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic environments and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
• Prior experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, data security, or SaaS strongly preferred

COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

Compensation Range: $130,000-$160,000.

The range represents total compensation, and may include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.

This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations.

Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
