  • Insight Generation: Develop data-driven insights and recommendations that address business challenges, improve processes, and drive growth. Translate analytical findings into clear and concise business implications.
  • Data Visualization and Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau (preferred) or other data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and cross-functional teams. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, define analytical projects, and provide ongoing support. Address questions, handle objections, and facilitate consensus-building.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, streamline analysis, and increase efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role or in a highly analytical and technical internship.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Required: Intermediate proficiency in SQL, with experience in querying, data manipulation, and database management.
  • Proven experience using data visualization tools, with a strong preference for Tableau.
  • Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and forecasting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Excellent business acumen and understanding of how data can drive business value.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to effectively handle objections and facilitate consensus-building.
