- LOCATION: Flexible, remote
- Masters degree in a technical field (business analytics, data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering), or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of work experience in a client facing role
- Own and Scale Analytics Operations: Build frameworks to deliver analytics-driven insights and services at scale, ensuring high-quality support for top-tier clients while enabling broader customer access to analytics capabilities.
- Close the Loop Between Campaigns: Collaborate with AQ Accounts teams to integrate analytics insights into ongoing campaign strategies, identifying opportunities for growth, retention, and cross-functional improvements.
- Advocate for Analytics in Product and Partnerships: Partner with internal teams (product, engineering, sales) to prioritize analytics-driven features and integrations, influencing the roadmap to meet evolving customer needs.
- Customer Engagement and Education: Act as a trusted advisor for clients, helping them understand and leverage AdQuick’s attribution and analytics capabilities to optimize their campaigns.
- Develop a Data-Driven Ecosystem: Vet and integrate new datasets, refine measurement methodologies, and develop dashboards and reporting tools that improve client experience and operational efficiency.
- Developing cross-functional initiatives to improve analytics capabilities and their adoption across the business.
- Scaling existing processes for analytics delivery, ensuring balance between high-touch service for strategic accounts and automation for others.
- Leading customer meetings to explain analytics capabilities and address specific campaign needs.
- Collaborating with product teams to prioritize and deliver impactful analytics features.
- Educating internal teams and clients about the application of measurement and attribution data across campaigns.
