Nexxen Fraud Alert and Notice: Protect Yourself from Impersonation and Fraudulent Activity

Nexxen is looking for a curious, analytical, and impact-driven professional to join our team. If you enjoy working with data to uncover insights and are motivated by solving open‑ended, custom business questions, this role is for you.

You will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver highly customized analytical solutions and uncover innovative ways to leverage Nexxen’s digital and TV viewership data. Rather than working from predefined templates, this role requires someone who can scope problems, design analyses, and drive solutions from concept to delivery. Your work will focus on building tailored solutions, enhancing measurement capabilities, and delivering meaningful results in a fast‑paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly.

We are seeking someone with a strong analytical mindset and genuine curiosity about data, paired with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively. You should be a self-starter who thrives with autonomy, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and is motivated to take ownership and move work forward. Above all, you should be driven to make a significant impact on business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Own and execute custom ad hoc analytical requests, often with loosely defined requirements, translating business questions into structured analytical approaches.

  1. Conduct comprehensive campaign analyses and provide expert guidance to client analytics teams using Nexxen’s platform.

  1. Collaborate with senior analytics partners to develop in-depth analyses leveraging TV viewership data, third-party data assets, and campaign data available on Nexxen’s end-to-end platforms to deliver accurate measurement results.

  1. Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, address data anomalies, and enhance data visualizations for bespoke measurement reporting.

  1. Generalize one‑off or custom analyses into scalable frameworks where possible, while supporting ongoing ad hoc reporting needs.

  1. Design, execute, and evaluate advanced experiments to validate advertising effectiveness and inform strategic business decisions.

  1. Partner closely with Nexxen’s Account, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to drive analytical solutions that deliver client value.

Required Qualifications

  1. BA / BS required, graduate degree preferred, ideally in Analytics or quantitative field

  1. 3+ years of professional experience in analytics or data focused roles, including hands-on work with AdTech or media measurement solutions

  1. Demonstrated ability to independently own complex, custom client deliverables with minimal structure or predefined playbooks

  1. Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  1. A proven self‑starter and “do‑er” who is comfortable taking initiative in a fast‑moving, dynamic, team environment

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in consultative, client-facing roles

  1. Advanced SQL skills, including complex query development, performance optimization and experience with relationship databases and Hadoop/Big environment

  1. Hands on experience with R, including the ability to read, modify, and troubleshoot sophisticated R scripts

  1. Experience with data visualization skills, with the ability to create polished dashboards and customized views

At Nexxen, we value our differences, varied experiences, and collective contribution. We know that not everyone takes the same career path, so if you don’t match this job description perfectly, don’t worry! We would rather see your application than risk missing out on your potential to make an impact.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available will vary depending on the state, start date, and employment type. Our Talent Acquisition team will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
