Responsibilities:
- Work with system architects to develop product architectures
- Develop and facilitate software requirements and test procedures
- Design, code, integrate, and test major features of mobile software applications developed by KTS using the latest COTS, industry, and government technology
- Assist with system integration, verification and validation, and effectiveness analysis
Minimum Educational Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficient in Java
- Proficient in Android development
- Familiarity with object oriented software design and implementation
- Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Windows OS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance, for which the United States Government requires United States citizenship
- Experience with repository based management such as Git or Mercurial
- Proficient in Kotlin
- Experience using Gradle
- Experience designing relational databases
- Experience in Java networking
- Experience with multi-threading
- Experience with unit testing
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python
