Purpose:

This role is responsible for managing both strategic direction and execution in targeted industry sectors within the APEC region. The position focuses on driving organic and solution‑led growth by working cross‑functionally with regional sales teams, key customers, and value‑chain partners to identify opportunities, create differentiated solutions, and accelerate business expansion. The role acts as a regional growth catalyst, shaping opportunities at the intersection of market needs, customer applications, and Tyvek® platform capabilities, and translating them into scalable commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

Build Pipeline: Lead Strategic Growth Pillars for Tyvek® C&IC in APEC, aligned with AP strategy
Relationship Management: Connect with key stakeholders, industry associations, influencers in the value chain
Value Proposition Development: Create targeted value prop highlighting ROI and technical superiority for the industry
Value Chain Integration: Setup APEC value chain to create total solution for targeted industry

Required Qualification & Skills:

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales/marketing, application development within relevant industry
Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field. PhD is a plus.
Technical Understanding: Ability to understand technical specification of materials or solutions
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills
