And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, while improving the state of the world.

Salesforce is hiring a strategic and hands on Senior Lead, Product Marketing to join our Partner Marketing team.

About The Role: This unique role lets you shape the narrative and drive adoption of the Agentforce 360 portfolio for our Independent Software Vendor (ISV), Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and strategic partners. Reporting to the AppExchange & Global Partnerships VP of Marketing, you'll be a key individual contributor, responsible for positioning the partner Platform vision and products, and empowering our global partners to build and grow agent-first businesses on Salesforce.

You will collaborate closely with the Business Development team and cross-cloud Product Marketing teams to articulate the value proposition of new partnerships. This role focuses on driving the growth and success of the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem. You'll empower partners to build, scale, and monetize on an AI native foundation with Agentforce, and leverage powerful distribution channels like AppExchange and AgentExchange.

The ideal candidate is an expert in product positioning, a passionate evangelist, and possesses a deep technical understanding of the ISV, OEM, and strategic partner market landscape. You'll use strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable messaging and compelling moments, inspiring CEOs, CIOs, founders, and other key decision-makers at partner organizations to embrace usage-based business growth and innovation built on the Agentforce 360 Platform.

As a Senior Lead, Product Marketing, you'll be crucial in driving the success of the Agentforce 360 partner ecosystem. You will:

Define and Execute Strategy: Work closely with Salesforce Product Management, Business Development, and Marketing to outline and implement comprehensive strategies and content that clearly articulate our marketing vision internally and externally for ISV, OEM, and strategic partners.

New Partnership Promotion: Collaborate closely with our partner Business Development and cross-cloud Product Marketing teams to craft messaging and promotion strategies for new partnerships, ensuring clear and compelling narratives for prospective and existing ISV, OEM and strategic partners.

Content & Messaging Leadership: Develop compelling external content, messaging, and visual presentations that help our internal teams drive partner revenue. This includes first call decks, event content, website copy, blog posts, thought leadership research, promotional materials, and customer case studies. You will also lead messaging efforts for the broader Partner Marketing organization, ensuring consistency and impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with Product Marketing teams to build content, monitor performance, deliver presentations to diverse audiences, become a product expert, and conduct market research. You'll also collaborate with wider Cross-Cloud Product Marketing, Events, Corporate Marketing, Analyst Relations, PR, and Research teams to execute integrated content and programs. You will be an active and contributing member of the Partner Marketing leadership team.

Product Expertise & Evangelism: Become a subject matter expert on the overall market landscape and the Agentforce 360 portfolio, with a strong technical understanding of its capabilities and how partners can leverage them to build innovative solutions, including those utilizing Agentforce and Data 360. You're confident presenting to small and large groups and organizations, generating excitement and mindshare with various internal teams, and will be looked to as a go-to expert. You'll also champion partner success on our marketplaces like AppExchange and AgentExchange.

Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the impact of campaign efforts, identify opportunities to improve the quality and methods of product marketing deliverables, and optimize delivery.

 Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Industry Marketing, with at least 4 years in technology. Understanding of the modern technology landscape (MCP, A2A, AI agents) highly preferred

  • Experience in agentic, developer platforms, API-first products, or partner ecosystems a plus
