Coordinates internal teams, vendors, and service providers; manages risks, issues, requirements, system impacts, and application enhancements. Partners with product owners, business analysts, systems analysts, engineering teams, and management to align integrations, support requirements, business objectives, customer experience, and technical strategy. Analyzes complex application problems and recommends practical solutions.
Responsibilities: • Delivery Lead to provide end-to-end technology oversight and delivery for Client projects and initiatives. • Collaborating with internal teams, service providers, and vendors including planning, execution, and successful delivery for Fraud Book Of work • Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels by establishing success metrics • Guide stakeholders and engineering teams in making informed trade-off decisions, considering business objectives, technical platform strategy, customer experience, and maintainability. • Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals; identify and define necessary system enhancements; analyze existing system logic, identify problems; and recommend and implements solutions. • Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of application support. • Aptitude for analyzing complex problems, developing practical solutions, and making timely decisions. • Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks to minimize their impact Description • Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives for complex, high impact application enhancements and problem resolution through in-depth analysis and evaluation of complex business processes, systems and industry standards; documents requirements. • Partners with multiple technology areas and management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals. • Works closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine and document Systems impacts and support requirements
