We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our company's products or services, and arranging appointments for our sales team.

- Contacting potential clients by phone, email, or other methods to introduce our products/services.
- Understanding our company's offerings to communicate effectively and answer questions from clients.
- Scheduling appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
- Keeping accurate records of interactions with clients in our CRM system.
- Following up with clients to confirm appointments or reschedule as needed.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure appointments align with their schedules and objectives.
- Meeting weekly or monthly targets for appointment setting and conversion.


Requirements
- Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar role preferred.
- Proven B2B sales success, preferably in tech or the restaurant industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
- Experience in Restaurant Industry is must
