We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Appointment Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments between clients and our security professionals. This is an easy, low-stress position ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys working from home.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from prospective and current clients.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations, investigations, and security services.

  • Coordinate availability between clients and field staff using scheduling software.

  • Send reminders and follow-up messages to clients and staff regarding upcoming appointments.

  • Maintain accurate records of scheduled services and client interactions.

  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Calendly, CRM systems).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Organized, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.

  • Ability to handle sensitive client information confidentially.

  • Previous experience in administrative, receptionist, or scheduling roles is a plus, but not required.

  • Must have a quiet, professional home work environment and reliable internet connection.
