Role Overview
  • If you’ve ever been curious about how music actually makes its way from an artist to global platforms — this is your front-row seat behind the scenes.
  • As an Artist Services & Pitching Coordinator, you’ll be at the core of the release engine, making sure every track is delivered, pitched, and processed with precision. It’s a role where timing matters, details count, and smooth execution makes all the difference.
  • You’ll bring structure to fast-moving workflows, ensuring every release lands exactly where it should — without missing a beat.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit and manage DSP pitching across platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music).
  • Coordinate release workflows, timelines, and internal tracking systems.
  • Gather and manage inputs from A&R, Marketing, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the Master Pitch Document accurately.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on workflows and automation.
  • Support artist services, campaign coordination, and reporting tasks.
  • Handle administrative tasks including documentation, invoicing, and deliverable tracking.

Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
  • 2+ years experience in coordination, administrative, or project-based roles.
  • Experience managing workflows, timelines, or campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in music, media, or creative industries.
  • Familiarity with DSP platforms and release processes.
  • Experience supporting campaigns or artist-related projects.
