Your role involves managing customer visits, supporting seasonal trade shows, and providing feedback to optimize the platform’s usability and value.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, particularly with an older, traditional clientele in the 3PL and warehousing industries.

  • Stock options available.
  • Comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) plan, and unlimited PTO.
  • Flexible working environment, with remote options, but preference for in-person collaboration at our Merchandise Mart office.
Work Culture:
We’re a small, agile team working at the cutting edge of logistics technology. At Arvist, employees enjoy a collaborative, open culture where we value customer feedback and proactive problem-solving. This role offers significant growth potential as you will be instrumental in shaping our customer success strategy moving forward.
