We partner with medium to large-scale warehouse operations and third-party logistics (3PL) providers, helping clients optimize their operations with our platform. Our team is growing, and we’re seeking a Customer Success Manager who can play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and platform utilization.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing platform adoption, and ensuring that customers maximize the value of our product. You will represent the voice of the customer, working closely with our tech-savvy internal teams. Your role involves managing customer visits, supporting seasonal trade shows, and providing feedback to optimize the platform’s usability and value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, particularly with an older, traditional clientele in the 3PL and warehousing industries.
- Conduct warehouse visits and provide personalized support to clients to drive software utilization.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to improve both the customer experience and internal processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are integrated into product updates and new features.
- Support marketing and sales efforts, including attending trade shows and contributing to presentations.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 3PL logistics, supply chain management, or warehousing.
- Proven track record in a client-facing role, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 with potential for performance-based bonuses or commission
- Stock options available.
