The production team is seeking an Assistant Editor - Intern who is passionate and motivated. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable work experience for a career in Journalism and entertainment by accomplishing independent tasks.

Small commercially viable outlets have performed well in the past decade on most media platforms in recent years in the effort to monetize. Job Description

The Assistant Editor in Chief: (Remote)

-Will assist the editor in chief with managing the release of all written material before it is published to the mainstream outlets

- Proof read submitted articles-stories in the effort to select the most professional and entertaining content that will attract interested readers

- Co-Manage a staff of 3-5 internal writers 

- Schedule press releases

- Maintain a strong marketing presence via social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc) 

Qualifications

- Completed or pursuing a degree-certificate in journalism or media related field, or relavent experience

- Ability to maintain a professional approach at all times
