We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to support the development, enhancement, and success of our software products.

Position Overview

The Assistant Product Manager will work closely with the Product Manager, leadership team, developers, and operational staff to support product planning, execution, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and passionate about healthcare technology and product development.

You will help ensure our products meet user needs, remain compliant, and continue to deliver value to providers and patients.

Key Responsibilities

Product Support & Development

  • Assist in managing the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing improvements
  • Gather and document product requirements from internal teams and customers
  • Help prioritize feature requests, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Support product testing and quality assurance processes

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with software developers to clarify requirements and track progress
  • Coordinate with billing, clinical, and operations teams to ensure product alignment with real-world workflows
  • Assist in preparing product documentation, training materials, and internal communications

Data & Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor product performance, user feedback, and operational metrics
  • Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and usability
  • Assist with reporting and product performance analysis

Administrative & Strategic Support

  • Help maintain product roadmaps and development timelines
  • Assist leadership with product planning and strategic initiatives
  • Support implementation and rollout of new features

Requirementsequired Qualifications
  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or healthcare software
  • Experience supporting software or technology products
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
  • Experience with product management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance and workflows
