At Verusen, our Associate Account Executive is pivotal to the future success of the company. You will be a key member of the Sales team in a fast-moving and high-performing environment, driving sales activity as the tip of the lead generation spear. Specifically, you will leverage lead generation experience to communicate with potential accounts via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels, developing relationships and driving interest in Verusen. You will manage those sales cycles and work directly with a Director of Sales to close enterprise deals. 

During this pivotal time in Supply Chain, you will be at the front of the line with an ability to drive massive impact for some of the largest organizations around the world.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a complete understanding of the Verusen story, products, technology and sales process
  • Become an expert in how to research and target accounts
  • Use outbound tools (Power Dialers, Data providers, email sequences) to book meeting with target prospects at target accounts 
  • Aligned with Director of Sales for specific vertical to build and manage pipeline 
  • Own early stage sales cycles, responsible for not only sourcing deals, but also leading the first few stages of the sales cycle 

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in an outbound BDR / SDR role with experience selling EAM, CMMS, or other supply chain solutions into heavy manufacturing 
  • Cold calling pro, with strong experience driving meetings through outbound activities like email and Linkedin
  • Experienced building prospect list within specific verticals and experience with common outbound tools 
  • Driven and high achieving, but someone people enjoy working with 
  • BDR mentality of grit, persistence, and creativity to land meeting with our target ICP
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Sales or Supply Chain
