We're seeking an entry-level Estate Planning Attorney to support our team, with the opportunity to develop hands-on drafting and client-counseling skills under the mentorship of senior attorneys.
Position Overview:
The Estate Planning Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys on the design and drafting of estate planning documents, taking on increasing client responsibility as skills develop. This role is ideal for a recently admitted attorney with 1–3 years of estate planning or related experience who wants to build a long-term estate planning practice.
Key Responsibilities:
? Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
? Assist senior attorneys with estate plan design and client meetings
? Support probate and trust administration matters as needed
? Conduct legal research on estate planning and related tax issues
? Support client communications under attorney supervision

Requirements
Qualifications:
? Active license to practice law in Illinois; additional bar admissions a plus
? 1–3 years of estate planning or related experience preferred; strong academic or clerkship background considered
? Strong drafting and attention-to-detail skills
? Comfortable in a client-facing role; genuine interest in estate planning and wealth transfer work
