Owl Labs is looking for an Associate Channel Manager to support and grow our partner network. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales team and leadership to drive revenue and expand our reach across small businesses through large enterprise customers.

This role blends sales experience, partner relationship management, and comfort with video hardware solutions. You’ll help keep partners engaged, informed, and aligned with Owl Labs’ priorities, with a clear focus on growing indirect revenue and expanding market presence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Partner Management & Sales Execution

  • Build and manage relationships with the Owl Labs national partner community, serving as a primary point of contact.
  • Set clear expectations and track performance against sales targets, certifications, and quotas.
  • Work directly with partner sales teams to identify, qualify, and close opportunities, providing hands-on support when needed.

Enablement & Training

  • Lead product training sessions covering competitive positioning, value proposition, sales strategy, and customer success stories.
  • Drive participation in sales trainings and learning programs to strengthen partner knowledge of Owl Labs products, pricing, and processes.

Channel Strategy & Operations

  • Gather and share partner feedback on market trends, competitive insights, and product input to inform sales strategy and product development.
  • Support strong coordination between partners and distributors to ensure clear communication and a seamless customer experience. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or a similar sales role (experience in video collaboration or the AV industry is a plus).
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue through a partner or channel network.
  • Experience working with CDW or Insight is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and channel management tools.

Compensation: Base salary + commission with on-target earnings (OTE): $100,000

This is a remote role with regular travel (up to 50%) for partner visits, industry trade shows, and sales events.
