About Reunion

Reunion is the leading platform for clean energy tax credits and compliance. Since 2024, we have worked with major corporations to invest over $7 billion in clean energy projects, including some of the industry's largest tax credit transactions. We are a fast-growing and profitable company, and our expert 20-person team knows how to get things done and loves to move fast!

Our founders, Billy Lee and Andy Moon, are second-time entrepreneurs and were early pioneers in solar tax equity and project finance. We have recruited an experienced team of early executives from SunEdison, SolarCity, Tesla, GoodLeap, and other leading clean energy companies. We have built a strong company culture which values collaboration and speed… while still having fun.

In 2025, we launched Reunion PWA, a software solution that helps developers comply with prevailing wage and apprenticeship (PWA) requirements to unlock the full value of clean energy tax credits. Reunion PWA is rapidly gaining traction in the market, and we’re growing our team to accelerate adoption and expand to additional compliance offerings. Join us in the fight against climate change by helping renewable energy developers build faster!

About the Role

As an Associate at Reunion, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers looking for PWA compliance reporting and auditing. You’ll combine your subject matter knowledge in PWA compliance with strong communication and problem-solving skills to help developers, contractors, and project owners understand how to stay compliant and get the most out of our software platform.

This is a highly customer-facing and technical role — you’ll onboard new customers, guide them through complex compliance workflows, answer nuanced PWA-related questions, and surface feedback to our product and engineering teams. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our internal and external stakeholders to ensure that customers are both technically successful and compliance confident when using Reunion.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a trusted compliance advisor to customers, helping them navigate Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PWA) requirements.

  • Issue industry-leading audited reports using the Reunion platform and human-in-the-loop auditing.

  • Manage data collection efforts across clients and projects, ensuring accurate and consistent information is captured, organized, and maintained.

  • Strategize and implement customer onboarding programs and ongoing customer check-ins to ensure successful use of the Reunion PWA platform.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IRS, Treasury, and Department of Labor guidance related to clean energy tax credit compliance and guide customers on how to meet the documentation and reporting standards required to ensure PWA compliance.

  • Translate complex federal/state guidance and labor compliance requirements into simple, actionable steps for customers.

  • Provide thoughtful, timely responses to customer questions related to labor classifications, apprentice ratios, good faith effort documentation, and related compliance topics.

  • Partner with the product and engineering teams to communicate user needs and strategize on opportunities for platform improvement.

  • Support customer success initiatives, including educational materials, webinars, and compliance best-practice guides.

  • Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

What You’ll Need
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in a compliance, customer-facing, or project management role in B2B software, clean energy, finance, accounting, construction, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable explaining complex topics in clear, practical terms.

  • Experience with data collection, formatting, troubleshooting, and ingestion into a larger system/platform.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn — you’re excited to become an expert in PWA compliance and clean energy tax credit rules.

Nice to Haves
  • Familiarity with prevailing wage, apprenticeship, or related federal or state labor compliance programs.

  • Auditing or due diligence experience on complex transactions or compliance matters.

  • Experience with clean energy project development, construction management, or labor compliance systems.

  • Prior experience using or supporting software tools for compliance or project management.

Why Join Us?
  • Help scale one of the most exciting and impactful clean energy finance companies

  • Work directly with experienced founders and a top-tier team

  • Competitive compensation and early-stage equity

  • Benefits including full medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and partial coverage for dependents

  • Generous 401K match, travel to company offsites 2-3x per year to meet teammates in-person, flexible PTO plan
