About the Team:

The COSE, Compliance Programs team empowers the AlphaSense Compliance Department by optimizing scalable workflows, managing vendors, and maintaining the data integrity of our reporting systems. Functioning as a high-impact liaison between Compliance, Product, and Engineering, we translate operational friction into measurable product improvements while providing the training and technical support needed to ensure 100% content quality and safety.

About the Role:

The COSE Associate, Compliance Programs plays a crucial role in supporting internal teams by maintaining seamless operational workflows and bridging the gap between technical product capabilities and front-end compliance needs. This position ensures that all internal and vendor-provided tools are optimized for high-quality, by owning the day-to-day health of the compliance ecosystem.

Who You Are:
  • Strong command of tools like Zendesk and Google Sheets, with the ability to perform basic SQL queries and a desire to scale into advanced platforms like Snowflake or Tableau.
  • A "bias for action" when navigating ambiguity, with the ability to troubleshoot system friction points independently and power through complex technical setbacks.
  • Highly organized professional who can manage competing tasks with a sense of urgency while clearly communicating capacity and timelines to stakeholders.
  • A "Change Champion" who can build buy-in for new tools or processes, effectively "selling" workflow improvements to end-users to ensure seamless adoption.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the bridge between Compliance teams and Product/Engineering, managing technical escalations for systems while maintaining a strict <24-hour response time.
  • Lead the end-to-end rollout of internal product releases, ensuring 100% team adoption through hands-on training, documentation, and workflow auditing.
  • Maintain high data standards by resolving reporting bugs and executing SQL-based data analysis to support leadership decision-making.
  • Manage day-to-day technical workflows with external partners.
