What You’ll Do

As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you’ll help clients achieve meaningful results with Edmentum solutions by executing implementation plans, applying your expertise, and building relationships to support program adoption and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will:

  • Execute implementation plans tailored to client needs and goals
  • Apply your knowledge of Edmentum products and state requirements
  • Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction, resolving common issues
  • Support program adoption through relationship-building and process improvements
  • Assist sales efforts by demonstrating expertise and supporting growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer health
Who You Are
  • You have a Master’s degree in Education (strongly preferred)
  • You bring 5+ years of experience leading education technology implementations
  • You have solid knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and education trends
  • You are skilled at managing multiple priorities and projects
  • You communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • You analyze data to drive recommendations and improvements
  • You build strong relationships and foster collaboration
  • You are willing to travel up to 40%
  • You thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
  • You are passionate about driving change in education

Pay range for this role:
$75,000$85,000 USD

At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
