What You'll be Doing:

As an Associate Director, Technology Product Management, you will provide leadership and strategic direction across multiple departments, ensuring the successful execution of our technology product strategy. Your role involves guiding managers and senior professionals, fostering innovation, and driving the performance of our technology product portfolio to meet and exceed business objectives.

Key Tasks:   

  • Lead multiple departments to achieve organizational sales targets.

  • Provide strategic leadership across multiple related departments.

  • Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive technology product strategies.

  • Ensure alignment of product goals with business objectives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and enhancement of technology products.

  • Drive market assessment initiatives to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Manage the allocation of resources across multiple departments.

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Execute strategic marketing and competitive positioning plans.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional development.

  • Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies as necessary.

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $183,700 - $260,050
