Lead B2B sales for AllRide SaaS, manage and coach inside sales and BDR teams, plan and execute outreach and marketing campaigns, monitor CRM activity and campaign performance, deliver product demos, negotiate deals, and work US EST shift with availability for travel and on-call duties.

Innofied is looking for an Associate Director of Sales to join its growing team. As a leader, you will be playing a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives for AllRide (www.allrideapps.com), a SaaS product of Innofied for fleet and delivery management businesses.
You will be working with Inside Sales Executives, Business Development Managers to generate new business. The key focus will be to plan and execute outreach campaigns, monitor the success rate of campaigns and outreach efforts on a regular basis and work on the necessary tweaks. Additionally, you would need to coordinate with the internal marketing team for planning out marketing campaigns.
Experience: Minimum 8-14 years of experience in B2B sales to US clientele with at least 3-5 years of managerial experience with measurable results in team handling.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
- Research accounts, identify key players and create outreach plans to generate interest.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and create customized pitches.
- Offer product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Work in the US EST time shift (6 pm - 3 am)
- Guide inside sales executives and business development managers regularly to generate better interests.
- Ensure proper maintenance of activities of team members in CRM, including periodic checks to ensure adherence to defined processes.
