An Associate FUS (Follow-Up Service) Project Owner is essential to our process to ensure our laboratory remains operating smoothly, providing the best possible service to our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assign projects to lab in a timely fashion as warranted to support KPI goals.
- Administer, support and document project progress at various stages using proprietary and standard office systems such as Microsoft products, Salesforce, etc.
- Manage receipt and progress of samples through communications with client and verification of physical specimens when received in building where required.
- Understand, retain and work within the framework of multiple SOP's supporting different activities as part of the job.
- Process Non-Conformance and work cross functionally with Engineering and Lab to get analysis done in a timely fashion and facilitate communication with clients where applicable.
- Manage work tickets that are generated at the closure of the job to ensure the job is closed satisfactorily and there are no outstanding issues.
- Manage workload with some supervision and maintain accountability.
- Create lab documents that facilitate testing and recording of data for the project.
- Manages and supports a limited number of categories.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- College degree or some college education preferred.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.
- Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software.
- Very strong written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to learn, understand and retain technical processes and procedures is critical and mandatory to be successful.
- Very strong organization skills and the ability to coordinate with internal and external teams is critical and mandatory to be successful.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a fast paced, \"always-on\" team environment.
What we offer:
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000-55,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
