About the Role
If you're an early-career attorney who loves contracts, negotiations, and solving real business problems, this is an opportunity to take what you've learned in private practice and put it to work inside a growing healthcare technology company.
You'll work directly with our COO/General Counsel and leaders across ALIS, getting a front-row seat to how a technology business actually operates. You'll help negotiate commercial agreements, support transactions, navigate new business opportunities, manage risk, and solve the everyday legal challenges that come with building and growing a company. You'll see the impact of your advice, learn how decisions get made, and develop the practical business judgment that is difficult to gain from the outside.
For someone looking to build a career as in-house counsel, we think this is a pretty special opportunity. You'll have meaningful responsibility early, exposure across the business, and the chance to grow your role alongside the company. And you'll do it at a company serving senior living, where the technology we build ultimately supports the people caring for older adults every day.
We're looking for someone who cares about the craft of the law, is curious about business, wants to keep learning, and gets excited about using their legal skills to help people and the company move forward.
