The Role 

The Associate IT Operations Engineer is responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support to end-users, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and assisting in maintaining IT retail or CpG infrastructure. This entry-level role requires basic troubleshooting skills, strong customer service abilities and a drive to learn and grow.

Responsibilities 
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. 
  • Assist with set up, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. 
  • Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi connectivity and IP configuration. 
  • Document issues, resolutions, and escalate complex problems to advanced support when necessary. 
  • Assist in user onboarding 
  • Travel to client sites to provide hands-on support as needed and requested. (up to 75%) 
  • Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications  
  • Associate degree in IT, or advanced service desk experience (3+ years). 
  • Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and common software applications. 
  • Basic understanding of networking 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills. 
  • Willing to learn and grow technical skills in either GTI CpG or Retail IT 
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites. 
  • Ability to lift and move IT equipment (up to 75lbs).
Additional Requirements 
  • Must pass any and all required background checks  
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry  
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age 
  • Must be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry

The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
