Here’s what makes this team awesome; we operate at the intersection of social media, creator marketing and discovery commerce. Our work directly influences how millions of parents, teachers, and families discover our brands. We move fast, work collaboratively, and aren’t afraid to build something new! We're a highly collaborative team that combines creativity, analytics, and experimentation. One day we're discussing TikTok trends and creator partnerships, the next we're building dashboards, launching campaigns, and presenting business insights to leadership. If you're someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and seeing the impact of your work, you'll fit right in.

What you’ll do day to day:

  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to turn social, content, creator, affiliate, and discovery commerce strategies into actionable operating plans, timelines, and workflows.
  • Own and improve the integrated marketing calendar process to create visibility across social media, content, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, Creative Services, and agency partners.
  • Manage planning systems, communication rhythms, and workflow processes that help marketing activities stay aligned on priorities, deliverables, timing, and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain and implement reporting routines, dashboards, scorecards, and stakeholder updates that make marketing performance easy to understand and act on across teams.
  • Analyze performance across social media, content, influencer, affiliate, and discovery commerce programs to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations that support brand awareness, engagement, conversion, and business goals.
  • Create clear communication processes, including regular status updates and recap emails, that help internal teams understand current priorities, campaign performance, upcoming initiatives, and business impact.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase accountability, reduce friction, improve cross-functional communication, and help the team operate more efficiently as the function scales.
  • Monitor consumer, creator, platform, and competitive trends to help inform future social operations, content planning, creator strategy, and reporting recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Creative Services, Ecommerce, Sales, Marketing Coordinators, and agency partners to support integrated execution and ensure work is moving forward with clarity and alignment.

What we’re looking for (Key Performance Objectives):

  • Use your experience in marketing operations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to develop and maintain integrated planning processes and workflows that improve team alignment, execution, and visibility across marketing initiatives throughout the year.
  • Use your experience in analytics, reporting, and data storytelling to create dashboards, scorecards, and stakeholder reporting that deliver actionable insights and support business decision-making on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Use your experience in organizational communication to coordinate marketing priorities, timelines, and performance updates that drive alignment across Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, Creative Services, and agency partners through ongoing weekly and monthly communications.
  • Use your experience in process improvement and strategic planning to identify and implement scalable systems, communication frameworks, and operational efficiencies that increase accountability, collaboration, and team effectiveness within the first 12 months and on an ongoing basis.

Requirements/Ideal Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, creator/influencer programs, affiliate marketing, discovery commerce, and performance reporting required, with the ability to connect channel activities to business outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to connect marketing activity, consumer behavior, channel performance, and company priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with experience building workflows, planning systems, calendars, and repeatable processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data, timelines, and priorities into clear updates for cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Data-driven and analytically minded, with experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and recommendations that support decision-making.
  • Highly collaborative and skilled at building relationships across Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, Creative Services, agencies, and other internal partners.
  • Results-oriented and accountable, with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of business goals.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and creating structure around changing priorities, evolving campaigns, and cross-functional needs.

We are a drug-free workplace and an EEO employer.

Please note: This role will be filled by our internal recruitment team, so no assistance is needed from any outside staffing agency at this time.

Compensation Range: $68,000 – $78,000 annual salary – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: years of experience, skill set and location. Total compensation includes profit sharing bonus potential, 401k matching, and a variety of other benefits (details can be found here).
