Associate Principal
Salary: $273,000 to $275,000 per year
Location: Evanston, IL and various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.

Job Role and Responsibilities: Supervise and lead teams of Managers, Consultants, Associate Consultants, and Associates in overall project delivery, across marketing technology, Data clouds, data and analytics and omnichannel enablement in commercial pharma (25%). Review, edit, and/or approve insights, design, technical architecture and deliverables and provide strategic recommendations on content developed by project team (10%). Supervise team facilitating client workshops aimed at co-creating timelines and strategic recommendations (5%). Serve as a Professional Development Coach to discuss ongoing performance and career goals (5%). Identify new opportunities for business development within the pharma/life sciences space, including Commercial sales and marketing, data strategy, data and analytics enablement, technology strategy, scalable AI platforms, marketing technology, omnichannel orchestration, consumer and patient data management etc. (25%). Develop proposals/SOWs for new projects (5%). Interview potential ZS candidates to perform complex quantitative analysis within pharma/life sciences space (5%). Develop industry trends and ZS points of view on topics related marketing technology, omnichannel execution and orchestration etc. (10%). Support community building, growth and development for consultants in local office (5%). Support overall account strategy and facilitate collaboration across managers for key client account (5%). May work in various, unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related management consulting or technology solution delivery role. Alternatively, Employer will accept a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a related management consulting or technology solution delivery role.
Position requires experience in the following:
1. Experience in a leadership role within a professional services firm;
2. Driving revenue with existing clients by developing strategies to increase customer retention and sales;
3. Developing new prospects at the ""C"" level clients;
4. Conducting advanced data analysis, identifying patterns and trends, and extracting meaningful insights to drive business decisions;
5. Generating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders;
6. Marketing Technology solution enablement;
7. Designing, implementing, and managing data warehousing solutions;
8. Developing IT strategy and Enterprise Architecture; and
9. Utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing (DW) technologies and solutions to optimize data strategy
