ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project quoting, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines - manage workload and meet project KPIs
  • Identify issues in scope and communicate with team/contractors for resolution
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate through the proper channels
  • Maintain accurate project documentation for PM communications to customer
  • Typically quote and place orders for brand conversion projects
  • Maintain and understand customer/brand products and offerings to address questions
  • Collaborate with team and supervisors to ensure the correct resolution of complex issues
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, processes, and best practices as training/information is provided by team, brand, and supervisors
  • Use internal systems/reporting for most project initiatives
  • Contribute to a positive company and team culture, and other duties as assigned

COMMUNICATION

  • Provide clear and concise written communication
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports
  • Read, analyze, and interpret documents
  • Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries
  • Verbally communicate effectively with clients/customers
  • Share expertise, best practices, and lessons learned clearly to foster learning and promote knowledge
  • Escalate appropriately when there are questions or escalated issues

CRITICAL THINKING

  • Willingness to face challenges and solve problems while maintaining effective relationships with customers by meeting or exceeding their requirements and expectations
  • Identify and address project issues, conflicts, and challenges promptly and effectively, leveraging problem-solving skills and collaboration with stakeholders to achieve resolutions.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Project Management in construction or branding is a plus
  • Experience in multi-site retail projects preferred
  • Ability to successfully coordinate multiple staff of different levels
  • General business background with working knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of project management
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills to be able to manage a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment

EDUCATION

  • BS or BA Degree, or similar experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Range:

52,000.00 - 78,000.00
