Position Summary

Cuesta Partners is looking for an Associate Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition efforts across multiple hiring initiatives.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our hiring process running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll help identify and engage candidates, support pipeline development, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s interested in recruitment and excited to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Advanced English proficiency required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support roles

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working with systems and digital tools (ATS or similar platforms is a plus)

  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

  • Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.

  • You must be located in Bogotá, Medellín or Cali.

What You'll Do

  • Support sourcing efforts by identifying and engaging potential candidates.

  • Review applications and assess alignment with role requirements.

  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening calls.

  • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling and logistics.

  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process.

  • Track candidate progress and ensure accurate updates in the ATS.

  • Partner with the people team to maintain a strong weekly pipeline and meet timelines.

  • Help deliver a professional, responsive, and high-quality candidate experience.

  • Support job posting and ensure roles are clearly presented to attract the right talent.

  • Assist with recruitment operations, including follow-ups and process coordination.

  • Collaborate with employer brand support where needed.
