As an Associate Solutions Architect on our US Partnerships team, you will translate the most comprehensive threat data in the industry into outcomes our partners and their customers can act on. This is a pre-sales role, but it isn’t about selling software. You’ll become a strategic partner and creative problem solver who knows how to flex between a business conversation with a non-technical seller and a deep technical exchange with a security practitioner, often on the same call. You’ll evolve into a trusted advisor who helps customers stay ahead of evolving adversary tactics, and you’ll see your work translate into real-world impact: disrupting fraud, protecting executives, and stopping physical threats before they happen.

We have a role for you, if you have:

  • Interest in and knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) or the broader cybersecurity domain, combined with an eagerness to quickly master the Flashpoint Ignite platform and its value proposition

  • Demonstrate high Emotional Intelligence and a proactive desire to actively contribute to fostering a happy, healthy, and high-performing team environment

  • Motivation to proactively combat threats, driven by a strong work ethic and continuous self-improvement, and possesses deep integrity, including the willingness to admit and actively learn from mistakes

  • Excitement to engage with customers and prospects to articulate the value of intelligence solutions as you grow into a trusted advisor

  • willingness to learn and understand workflows, processes, and various sales tools

  • Interest in the technical and creative aspects of building internal/external presentations, participating in webinars, and contributing to thought leadership content

  • Have an obsession with monitoring OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) and the digital landscape for emerging trends, with the goal of becoming an observant communicator and storyteller

  • The willingness to learn how to demo Flashpoint solutions effectively to articulate the value proposition and customer story

  • A passion for consulting with others, learn how to solve complex problems, and offer creative solutions

What you will get to do on our team:

  • Partner with Sales Directors and the Partnerships team as the technical subject-matter expert across the full Flashpoint product and services portfolio.

  • Run and tailor Flashpoint Ignite demos for partner and end-customer audiences from non-technical resellers to seasoned threat analysts.

  • Solve real, complex problems for Cyber and Physical Security teams inside Fortune 500 organizations.

  • Translate between partners, engineering, intel, and collections teams to make sure customer needs get the right kind of support.

  • Contribute to deal strategy and pipeline development inside your aligned territory.

  • Influence the future of Flashpoint’s intelligence product roadmap with what you’re hearing in-market.

  • Build knowledge transfer materials, internal enablement, and external content that scales beyond your own deals.

What you will achieve:

  • Within 30 days

    • Cross-train across Flashpoint’s intelligence suite of products and services;

    • Work to understand Flashpoint’s deeper ROI;

    • Lean-in and help out wherever it will add value, including helping to create knowledge transfer materials based on past experience.

  • Within 60 days

    • Engage in role-playing scenarios with reps and SAs to get more ‘at-bats’ and practice a refined pitch that is not just a presentation, but a true conversation;

    • Identify key areas your unique experience can benefit colleagues and customers, and leverage for new knowledge sharing in a variety of media;

    • Tag in on customer-facing meetings to shadow and learn our consultative approach.

  • By 90 days

    • Be customer-facing industry practitioners turned product specialists, ready and willing to grow into areas of the Advisory team that could benefit from your expertise

Successful Solutions Architects should be able to:

  • Articulate value/brand/integrated story;

  • Build and nurture rapport with key contacts at prospective customers;

  • Operate with entrepreneurial spirit, developing alongside your team to build success;

  • Be a self-starter who, once aligned with a sales territory, helps to formulate strategic decisions that positively influence pipeline generation and pipeline development within that territory.

  • Measure activities and impact as second nature, part of proving program efficacy and genuinely finding what works and what doesn’t.

  • You are growth-oriented and have a high tolerance for the 'discomfort' of learning. You are eager to take on tasks outside your immediate comfort zone to accelerate your professional development.

Base Pay Range:$82,900-$85,000/year plus commission
