Opportunity!

We’re looking for a senior Atlassian Solution Engineer to play a critical role in shaping client solutions and driving successful engagements from presales through delivery. In this role, you’ll act as a technical solution advocate—partnering with clients to understand their challenges, designing scalable Atlassian-based solutions, and helping them realize measurable business outcomes. You’ll work at the intersection of sales, consulting, and architecture, influencing deal strategy while ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to best practices. Desired attributes for the position include:

  • 6+ years in solutions engineering, consulting, or technical advisory (SaaS/enterprise software).
  • Expert in translating business requirements into scalable Atlassian-based solutions for customers.
  • Crucial Presales Support: Act as the primary technical lead in the sales cycle, supporting qualification and presenting the value of proposed solutions to clients.
  • Lead discovery workshops to define outcomes and solution architecture.
  • Design solutions across Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM).
  • Ability to extend JSM into comprehensive Enterprise Service Management (ESM) use cases (Incident, HR, etc.).
  • Experience delivering proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and technical validations.
  • Strong foundation in Agile, DevOps, and ITSM frameworks and best practices.
  • Advise on toolchain consolidation, workflow optimization, and platform modernization.

Bonus points:

  • Experience with Atlassian Cloud Enterprise, advanced configuration, and automation.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Intelligence (AI), automation rules, and emerging AI-driven workflows.
  • Atlassian Certifications (ACP) or Solution Partner experience.
You’ll Love:
  • Owning high-impact work — Lead solution strategy and influence outcomes across enterprise deals
  • Solving complex problems — Help clients modernize workflows and unify fragmented toolchains
  • Blending strategy + execution — Design solutions that align technical capabilities with business goals
  • Driving ESM transformation — Extend Atlassian beyond IT into HR, Ops, and enterprise-wide use cases
  • Working in a high-caliber Atlassian practice — Collaborate with a team of experts deeply experienced across the Atlassian ecosystem
  • Having autonomy in a remote-first culture — Deliver meaningful impact with flexibility and ownership

By joining our team, you’ll be part of a winning squad that plays to each other’s strengths and celebrates every success together.
