  • Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or similar monitoring tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and platform engineering mindset
  • Experience working in lean, high-demand environments with rapid onboarding needs
  • Strong collaboration skills with both engineering and non-Kubernetes-savvy teams

Requirements

Required Skills

  • 4+ years experience installing and configurating operators with Azure Red Hat OpenShift or OpenShift Container Platform (alongside Kubernetes)
  • 2+ years of experience with Helm (required – core to role)
  • Experience building and managing Helm charts for complex, multicluster environments (for CI/CD pipelines, for quick microservices onboarding, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization
  • Working knowledge of ArgoCD (required)
  • Experience writing and managing Kubernetes manifests
  • Ability to install, configure, and extend Kubernetes operators
  • Experience with Istio or Linkerd (required)
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
  • Proficiency with Bash scripting (Bash a must)
