ClickTime is a recognized leader in time management software, serving thousands of enterprises, nonprofits, and governments worldwide. From bootstrapped beginnings to sustained profitability—all without venture capital funding—ClickTime has tracked over $210 billion worth of employee time, helping customers improve workforce efficiency, profitability, and resource planning. While headquartered in San Francisco, ClickTime's team works remotely across the United States.

About the Role

ClickTime helps finance and operations leaders turn messy time data into accurate labor costs for budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. The product works. Customers stay. The next stage of growth is getting in front of the finance and operations leaders who need us but don’t yet know we exist.

As our B2B Content & Community Manager, your job is to build ClickTime's visibility and trust with that audience. You'll create content, engage in the communities where finance and operations leaders spend time, represent ClickTime at industry events, and help grow awareness of the brand.

Successful candidates enjoy learning complex topics, creating a steady stream of high-quality content, building relationships within professional communities, and operating with a high degree of ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Create content designed to build an audience: LinkedIn posts, executive ghostwriting, carousels, infographics, short-form copy, explainers, product walkthroughs, and occasional videos
  • Use AI tools to scale production; ensure every piece is accurate, on-brand, and worth publishing
  • Build awareness and engagement among finance and operations leaders through LinkedIn, industry discussions, professional communities, and other relevant channels
  • Represent ClickTime at conferences and events through live coverage, on-the-ground interviews, and post-event recap content
  • Stay current on B2B content trends, platform changes, and AI tools

Qualifications

  • 5+ years creating B2B content for professional or technical audience
  • Experience representing a company through content, events, webinars, social channels, or community engagement
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in a real content workflow, with the editorial judgment to know when output needs more work
  • Ability earn the trust of a sophisticated finance audience; background in finance, FP&A, or enterprise SaaS is a plus
  • Comfortable representing ClickTime publicly through events, webinars, social content
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for conferences and events
