ClickTime is a recognized leader in time management software, serving thousands of enterprises, nonprofits, and governments worldwide. From bootstrapped beginnings to sustained profitability — all without venture capital funding — ClickTime has tracked over $210 billion worth of employee time, helping customers improve workforce efficiency, profitability, and resource planning. While headquartered in San Francisco, ClickTime's team works remotely across the United States.

About the Role

ClickTime helps finance and operations leaders turn messy time data into accurate labor costs for budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. The product works. Customers stay. The next stage of growth is getting in front of the finance and operations professionals who need us but don't yet know we exist — controllers, project managers, and the finance and ops leaders they work alongside.

As our B2B Social Media and Events Manager, you'll own ClickTime's social strategy and partner on event strategy, building visibility and credibility across the full buying circle. You'll produce the content that makes both programs work, and show up as a recognizable, credible face of the brand.

This is a creator role. Successful candidates are comfortable on camera, enjoy learning complex topics, and publish consistently without needing a lot of hand-holding.

Responsibilities

  • Own social strategy and execution: set the approach, build a publishing cadence, and grow an engaged following across the finance and ops buying circle
  • Shape event strategy: help pick the right conferences, then conduct live coverage, interviews, and recap content onsite
  • Produce content that fuels both programs: short-form video, carousels, infographics, event recaps, product explainers
  • Use AI to scale production without sacrificing quality
  • Participate credibly in finance and ops communities (e.g. LinkedIn, relevant subreddits, industry forums)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in B2B social media, content marketing, or a creator role for a professional audience
  • Track record growing a LinkedIn or B2B social channel with real engagement
  • Experience running event content — live coverage, recaps, conference representation
  • Comfortable on camera and representing a company publicly, at events and online
  • Real AI tool use in your content workflow, with the judgment to know when output isn't good enough
  • Able to earn trust across a finance/ops audience; bonus points if you've created for finance, accounting, FP&A, or enterprise SaaS audiences
  • Open to travel for events, roughly 2–6 times a year as the program grows
