Benchling implementation and managed service support:

  • Providing Benchling related project scoping, requirements gathering, documentation generation, and overall system assessment. This includes any new requirements and alignment of these to Benchling capabilities, to empower expansion of the system to various use cases not currently supported by the Benchling platform after the conclusion of the initial implementation.
  • Maintenance and support of Client Benchling Test and Production Environments
  • Providing data model (registry and result) configuration and updates
  • Updating existing and creating new notebook templates and workflows
  • Updating existing and creating new recipe schema (Bioprocess module)
  • Updating existing and creating new inventory hierarchies and schema
  • Updating existing and creating new Insights dashboards and analysis.
  • Updating existing and creating new automation runs, using the Connect Module
  • Updating and creating Benchling Label templates.
  • Maintenance and generating as needed client tailored training material for new hires as well as existing Benchling end user training.
  • Spreadsheet based legacy data migrations and imports into Benchling
  • Configuration of the Benchling in vivo software (this is a nice to have right now, but if we get Moderna would be required)
  • Understanding and use of Benchling APIs for integrations is a bonus
