As a Remote Benefits Coordinator at Turquoise Health, you will manage employee benefits programs, assisting team members with enrollment, questions, and ensuring compliance with policies.
Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation
- Collaborate with HR and external vendors to resolve benefits issues
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in benefits administration, HR, or related roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, HRIS systems, and benefits platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
