Omm IT Solutions (Omm Inc. – www.ommincorp.com) is looking for a talented and highly motivated Bid & Pre-Sales Analyst to Work from Home / 100% Remotely, located anywhere. Work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm US Eastern Time Mon - Fri.

Role & Responsibilities:
This is a high-accountability role requiring a sharp, proactive individual who is more of a "hunter-strategist".
  • Daily prospecting and hunting across US Federal, State, Local, and commercial sectors for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Conduct initial qualification based on Eligibility & vendor requirements, Evaluation criteria, Showstoppers or any associated risks.
  • Analyze and qualify opportunities based on Omm’s capabilities, identifying both fit and potential red flags.
  • Stay fully abreast of Omm’s service offerings, current engagements, and historical wins to ensure sharp opportunity-to-capability mapping.
  • Use platforms like GovWin, HigherGov, SAM, FPDS, SBA, and GSA and other similar platforms effectively to source and assess opportunities.
  • Perform Incumbent analysis, competitive landscape, teaming feasibility and formulate win strategies.
  • Build and maintain a focused 12-month pipeline aligned with past performance and strategic targets.
  • Conduct strategic analysis of the identified opportunities including evaluation criteria, eligibility, incumbents, competition, and teaming options.
  • Keep CRM and tracking systems updated with notes, statuses, and decisions.
  • Prioritize high-PWIN bids and present a curated opportunity list to the leadership and BD team review & feedback.
  • Support early-stage capture by contributing to win strategies and qualification scoring.
  • Adhere to structured processes and submit detailed reports capturing daily and weekly activity.

Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Fluent in government contracting language
  • Must have prior experience in researching opportunities on FPDS, GovWin, Highergov, SAM, SBA, GSA & similar platforms and tools .
  • Fair Understanding & skilled in researching various IT domains and technologies
  • Candidates who can work without supervision in a home office set-up without any distractions
  • Must be a team player
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to communicate in-person, over telephone, email, texts, etc.
  • Attitude to identify problems and finding right solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel & Word
  • Strong communicator with proven initiative and attention to detail
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks
  • Understands the importance of safeguarding all critical data, information, and communication
  • Multitasking ability with strong time management skills.
  • Must have excellent Research & Analytical skills.
  • The candidate must have a high-speed Internet connection (Min. 100 Mbps) and a laptop or a desktop (Min. 8 GB RAM & Win 10/11 OS).
