Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in both English and the target language to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat in both English and the target language.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with order processing, product inquiries, and general account maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and the target language (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed.
