- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including phone, email, and social media across English- and French-speaking markets
- Build relationships with potential customers and understand their needs and pain points
- Present our innovative solutions and craft compelling value propositions in both English and French
- Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for our Account Executives
- Help grow pipeline in bilingual customer segments, particularly in Quebec and across Canada
Who you are
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Preferred qualifications:
- 1+ years of sales experience in outbound B2B sales
- Experience or desire to be working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in 0-1 mode (e.g., helped to launch and grow a new product or region)
- Strategic thinker and able to drive 'partnership' conversations vs. 'sales' conversations - Solution Oriented
- A FIO (Figure It Out) attitude and are willing to do whatever is necessary to achieve results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have strong analytical skills and an organized way of thinking/working
- Proficient in GSuite and sales tech tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and more
