MCIS is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at the Dallas main office. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various departments and roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition or recruiting.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques.
  • Bilingual (English, Spanish)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

  • Fully onsite at the Dallas Office. 
  • Monday-Friday
  • Must be able travel
