- Managing and reviewing dental billing and insurance claims
- Following up on outstanding claims and insurance payments
- Helping resolve billing discrepancies and claim denials
- Reviewing patient accounts and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating with insurance companies, patients, and team members
- Working collaboratively with our dental practices to keep things running smoothly
