Location: Romeoville, IL

Responsibilities:

  • Processes AP/AR invoices and billing daily.
  • Complete bi-monthly AP check runs.
  • Uses judgment to make decisions on significant accounting items dealing with billing, credit, etc.
  • Communicate with both management and customers on issues revolving around billing.
  • Enters Utility and Employee expenses.
  • Assist Service Department with invoicing.
  • Complete credit memo log and audit monthly.
  • Complete a weekly shipment audit.
  • Communicate with sales team on a regular basis.
  • All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in an accounting related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in the accounting field.
  • Highschool diploma or GED is required.
  • Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.

  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and have strong communication skills.
  • Team player and willing to help others.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and can work independently.
