This role is heavily focused on maintaining strong partner health, driving ecosystem alignment, and supporting growth initiatives tied to USDC, EURC, USYC, CCTP, and other core Circle products.
This role is foundational to Circle's multichain strategy. As our partner surface area expands, relationship quality, ecosystem insight, and execution discipline become force multipliers. The right person in this role ensures our blockchain partners feel supported, aligned, and motivated to build with Circle-creating the conditions for long-term growth and opportunity.
This is a hands-on execution role. While commercial opportunities may emerge from strong partnerships, revenue generation is not the primary KPI. Success is measured by partner trust, ecosystem insight, and consistent execution against the team's OKRs.

What you'll work on:
- Owning relationships with a portfolio of key blockchain partners, maintaining strong standing and trust across technical, ecosystem, and foundation stakeholders.
- Ensuring a seamless post-deal experience by working closely with the BD team on new partner onboarding.
- Driving renewal, expansion, and partner success motions across multi-year agreements, working cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and compliance.
- Developing and implementing account plans and growth strategies tailored to each partner's ecosystem and USDC usage roadmap.
- Leading executive business reviews, managing escalations with care, and proactively identifying new ways Circle can support each partner's goals.
- Contributing to partner-facing content, reporting, and executive materials that strengthen our credibility and reinforce strategic alignment.
- Developing a deep understanding of each partner's ecosystem, roadmap, governance model, and strategic priorities.
What you'll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in partner success, enterprise account management, or strategic partner leadership roles within a technology or SaaS environment.
- 2+ years of consulting experience at a top-tier firm.
- 2+ years of experience at a leading blockchain ecosystem or foundation.
- Demonstrated ownership of multi-year partnerships, renewals, and account expansion strategies.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS sales and post-sales cycles, including QBRs, renewals, and co-marketing strategies.
- Strong ability to manage C-level relationships while also collaborating with technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience scaling onchain ecosystems or protocol GTM strategy.
- Familiarity with builder enablement tools (e.g., grants, dev onboarding, liquidity incentives).
- Prior startup experience, particularly in early-stage Web3 environments.
- Deep passion for the stablecoin space and Circle's mission to build open, interoperable financial infrastructure.
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
