The Brand Coordinator will support the execution of the SI Swimsuit brand across key initiatives including events, talent management and administrative operations. This role ensures seamless experiences for talent and VIPs, drives operational efficiency, and contributes to the overall success of brand activations and marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Support planning and execution of SI Swimsuit events and brand activations
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and on-site support for talent and VIPs
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, materials, and timeline tracking
  • Maintain trackers for talent, vendors, and brand partnerships
  • Track invoices, expenses, and operational documentation
  • Help keep brand projects organized across timelines and assets

The expected salary range for this position is between $68,000 and $80,000. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and location. The benefits available for this position include flexible vacation policy, 15 paid holidays, paid parental leave, health insurance, 401(k) with company match. This is a union position covered under the terms of a collective bargaining agreement with the The News Guild of New York, CWA Local 31003.

Requirements

What You Have

  • 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, events, talent, or hospitality
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Experience supporting talent, guests, or VIP experiences
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and presentation tools

Where You’ll Be

  • Remote (NY-based preferred)
  • Frequent travel required to support on-site events, activations, content production, and talent coverage.
