Meet Slingshot

At Slingshot Aerospace, we're on a mission to make space safer and more secure for everyone. Our work directly impacts global security, disaster response, climate monitoring, and the critical infrastructure that connects our world. We're a team of builders, thinkers, and problem-solvers who believe that the next generation of space operations will be powered by better data and smarter software. We move fast, we're not afraid to fail, and we believe the best ideas can come from anywhere—whether you're in engineering, sales, product, or operations. If you want to work on something that truly matters, with people who care deeply about the impact we're making and help shape the future of an industry that's just getting started, you're in the right place.

What You’ll Be Launching

We are seeking a Brand & Digital Marketing Director to elevate our brand presence, strengthen our digital experience, and create compelling marketing assets that support the buyer journey.

This role blends brand management, digital marketing, website content, sales enablement, and hands-on design. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who can translate complex business priorities into polished, on-brand assets for web, campaigns, events, sales, executive communications, and customer engagement.

This role does not own media buying or organic social engagement. Instead, it focuses on creating and managing the brand and digital materials that help prospects, customers, partners, and internal teams understand who we are, what we offer, and why it matters.

We're building a team of sharp, creative people who love solving hard problems. We value curiosity over ego, initiative over waiting for permission, and people who genuinely care about doing great work. Bring your expertise, your fresh ideas, and your drive—we'll bring the rocket fuel.

Your Mission (Should you choose to accept it)

  • Maintain brand consistency across website, sales collateral, presentations, campaigns, events, partner materials, and digital touchpoints.
  • Create and adapt digital marketing assets, including one-pagers, solution briefs, landing pages, website graphics, pitch decks, infographics, event collateral, case study layouts, and buyer journey materials.
  • Support website content updates, landing pages, digital content refreshes, user experience improvements, and SEO-informed content structure.
  • Partner with sales, product marketing, communications, and subject matter experts to develop clear, compelling customer-facing materials.
  • Build reusable templates for decks, one-pagers, website assets, event materials, and sales collateral to improve consistency and speed.
  • Translate complex products, technical topics, and market priorities into visually compelling, audience-friendly content.
  • Organize and maintain a library of current, on-brand marketing and sales enablement assets.
  • Use website and content performance data to recommend improvements to digital experiences, landing pages, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, designers, and web vendors as needed.

Pre-flight Checklist

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, sales enablement, graphic design, web marketing, or integrated marketing.
  • Strong portfolio or work samples showing digital, web, presentation, sales collateral, and marketing design experience.
  • Experience creating website content, landing pages, one-pagers, presentations, sales materials, campaign assets, and other customer-facing collateral.
  • Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, color, and brand application.
  • Strong writing, editing, messaging, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar platforms
  • Experience with CMS or website tools such as WordPress, Webflow, Contentful, HubSpot CMS, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of website best practices, SEO basics, landing pages, digital content structure, and conversion-oriented content.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assets, stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to brand quality.

Bonus Cargo

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, aerospace, defense, technology, or another complex industry.
  • Experience creating buyer journey content, sales enablement materials, solution briefs, product one-pagers, case studies, or pitch materials.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Basic video editing, motion graphics, photography, diagramming, or icon development skills.
  • Experience supporting product launches, events, webinars, executive presentations, customer campaigns, or partner marketing.
