This is a remote position

At Adstra we know great things happen when people come together with one shared goal. The future of data is happening at Adstra. Come join our growing team.

Adstra is looking for a Brand Experience Lead to elevate our brand identity and value proposition through consistent, compelling experiences across digital, virtual, and in-person channels.

In this role, you will shape how Adstra shows up in the market day-to-day, developing and executing brand-led programs that build awareness, credibility, and preference among key B2B audiences. You’ll manage the content and social engine that brings our positioning to life, translating customer insights and subject matter expertise into compelling, insight-driven narratives.

You’ll ensure our brand voice is consistent, differentiated, and grounded in real-world use cases across all content formats. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to turn complex data and identity solutions into clear, engaging stories that resonate with enterprise buyers.

This role is ideal for a marketer with 3–5 years of experience who thrives on storytelling, content creation, and performance-driven brand building – and who understands how brand marketing supports pipeline growth in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities for this opportunity include, but are not limited to:

  • Brand activation: Activate the voice of the Adstra brand across virtual and in‑person experiences, ensuring a consistent, differentiated presence.
  • Content ownership & creation: Partner with Head of Growth Marketing to create, repurpose, and amplify content that brings Adstra’s use cases, client stories, and product value to life, ensuring we maximize the value of each asset (for example: articles, blog posts, social copy, emails, videos, event assets, etc.).
  • Brand and social presence: Own day‑to‑day management of organic channels: website updates in partnership with web team, Adstra blog calendar, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Event presence: Support and manage the execution of Adstra’s event presence (sponsored events, webinars, trade shows, client roundtables), including timelines, logistics coordination with vendors, and post‑event follow‑up content.
  • Earned Media: Collaborate closely with the PR team on announcements, thought leadership, speaking opportunities, and press moments to ensure they align with brand messaging.
  • Commercial Support: Partner with the commercial team to ensure decks, one‑pagers, and other materials are on‑brand and support current campaigns and narratives.
  • Metrics & analytics: Track and report on basic performance metrics across content, organic channels, and events (engagement, traffic, leads, registrations), and recommend optimizations.
  • Brand governance: Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines, voice, and messaging so they remain consistent and relevant across touchpoints.

In addition, our "ideal candidate" has the following skills & experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, brand, or content roles (ad tech, martech, or SaaS experience a plus).
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of content (blog posts, articles, social, email, or event materials).
  • Experience managing organic channels (website, blog, social, email) and working within common marketing tools (e.g., CMS, email platforms, social schedulers, basic analytics).
  • Hands‑on experience supporting events (virtual and/or in‑person), from planning to execution and follow‑up.
  • Comfort collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as PR, sales, design, and product marketing.
  • Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow into a broader brand marketing leadership path over time.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a primary B2B channel.
  • Experience in ad tech, data, or identity‑related solutions.
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar) to tweak or adapt creative.
