At Rezilient, we’re redefining what primary care looks like, making it more accessible, seamless, and patient-centered than ever before. Through our innovative CloudClinic model, we combine virtual provider visits with smart, tech-enabled infrastructure to deliver timely, personalized care. By removing traditional barriers to access and continuously expanding our specialty offerings, we’re building a healthcare experience that’s as convenient as it is comprehensive.

Rezilient is seeking a strategic, creative, and execution-driven Brand & Growth Marketing Manager to own the development and execution of our brand and growth marketing efforts across B2B and B2B2C audiences. This role is responsible for ensuring Rezilient’s brand is represented consistently and credibly across all patient, employer, and health system touchpoints — while directly supporting activation, engagement, and revenue growth.

This role blends brand stewardship, creative execution, go-to-market enablement, and growth marketing operations. You will lead the creation of scalable marketing assets, sales enablement materials, patient engagement campaigns, and clinic launch support — improving the speed, consistency, and quality of Rezilient’s marketing execution as we scale.

Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Execution
  • Own Rezilient’s brand expression across patient, employer, broker, and health system audiences, ensuring consistent voice, visuals, and messaging across digital, in-clinic, and sales touchpoints.
  • Lead development of creative assets supporting patient engagement, employer and broker outreach, clinic launch campaigns, and CloudClinic experiences.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and design systems to enable scalable execution as Rezilient expands into new markets and launches new clinics.
  • Partner with Clinical Operations to ensure in-clinic environments, signage, and patient materials reinforce the Rezilient experience and care model.
  • Deliver brand consistency across markets and improved brand recognition in target employer and broker segments.
Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement
  • Build and manage scalable go-to-market assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, ABM campaign materials, and CloudClinic value-story content.
  • Partner closely with Growth, Sales, and Executive leadership to support employer, broker, and health system pipeline development.
  • Translate Rezilient’s care model, clinical outcomes, and patient experience into clear, compelling commercial narratives.
  • Equip revenue teams with consistent messaging and materials that improve sales velocity and conversion across target accounts.
Patient Engagement & Activation
  • Develop patient-facing engagement and activation materials that drive awareness, onboarding, and ongoing utilization of Rezilient’s CloudClinic and in-person care services.
  • Support clinic launches with localized marketing, onboarding flows, in-clinic materials, and community outreach assets.
  • Partner with Clinical and Product teams to simplify complex care journeys into clear, patient-friendly communications.
  • Reinforce repeat utilization and retention through lifecycle campaigns and experience touchpoints.
Campaign & Digital Execution
  • Support execution of Rezilient’s website, landing pages, paid and organic campaigns, and event activations aligned to growth priorities.
  • Manage creative workflows, timelines, and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality outputs efficiently.
  • Build internal ownership of creative and campaign execution to reduce reliance on external agencies.
  • Optimize digital touchpoints to clearly communicate Rezilient’s care model and drive conversion from awareness to appointment booking or employer inquiry.
Growth & Marketing Operations
  • Increase marketing throughput, speed-to-market, and consistency of execution across clinic launches, employer go-to-market motions, and patient campaigns.
  • Establish repeatable workflows, asset libraries, and templates that scale as Rezilient expands into new states and markets.
  • Partner with Growth and Analytics teams to measure performance of marketing assets and campaigns and continuously improve based on data.
  • Help define and track marketing KPIs tied directly to Rezilient’s growth objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, creative execution, or sales enablement.
  • Experience building and executing marketing programs across B2B and B2B2C audiences.
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to translate strategy into high-quality deliverables.
  • Experience developing go-to-market and sales enablement assets.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Healthcare, health-tech, or consumer services experience is a plus.

Benefits

This opportunity offers the chance to shape the future of healthcare in a culture where your ideas and contributions have a meaningful impact on the organization's future. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative, and diverse team, with competitive compensation and benefits that include generous PTO, paid family leave, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as stock options.
