About this opportunity:
We are now looking for an Integration Engineer to analyze, prepare, implement, and verify the configuration and integration of nodes, networks, and systems. The role covers activities such as new product introductions, upgrades, expansions, functionality enhancements, capacity changes, and work involving customer legacy environments.
What you will do:
  • Participate in planning and executing product configuration and integration activities.
  • Implement product configuration and complete integration and migration activities.
  • Prepare and execute system, module, and acceptance testing.
  • Implement test activities and ensure solutions meet technical and customer requirements.
  • Develop and drive continuous improvements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Provide post-project technical support and follow-up activities.
  • Apply end-to-end technical understanding across BSS, OSS, cloud, and telecom environments.
  • Support scripting, coding, and automation activities.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and effective teamwork.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including technical pre-studies and solution assessments.

You will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience within a telecom vendor or operator environment, preferably with Business Support Systems (BSS) or cloud software systems, with a focus on data analytics.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Good understanding of BSS infrastructure and architecture within a telecom service provider environment.
  • Knowledge of Red Hat Linux system administration, IP networking, databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle, and IP security.
  • Good understanding of 3GPP charging architecture, mechanisms, and interfaces.
  • Understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile technologies, VoLTE, and IMS, particularly their relationship with BSS/OSS architectures and relevant TM Forum standards.
  • Experience with automation and DevOps tools such as GitOps, Rosetta, Ansible, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with ML and GenAI tools such as Amazon Bedrock, Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
  • Experience implementing data pipelines and working with data lake and analytics platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
  • Strong analytical, learning, and research skills.
  • Ability to apply technical expertise to solve complex problems and drive innovation.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing skills.
