    Job Description – Business Analyst NS - CCT

    • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst,
    • Must have prior experience working on digital transformation programmes in Banking
    • Proficient in documenting requirements via user stories, epics, and features on Jira.
    • Should be able to ask the right questions to elicit and validate business requirements effectively.
    • Strong domain understanding in at least 1–2 of the following areas: Cards, Payments, Accounts, or Security / Authentication.
    • Ability to challenge Product Owners and Digital Product Managers constructively, ensuring requirements align with the overall product roadmap and business outcomes.
    • Experience working in Agile delivery environments, with cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across markets and time zones if needed.
